When does billing start?
Billing only starts after your 5 free leads are used. We collect your card upfront to verify your account, but no charge is made until you’ve received and used all 5 complimentary leads.
How and when am I charged?
You’re billed weekly based on leads delivered that week. For example, if you receive 8 leads in a week, you’ll be charged $80 on the following Monday. There are no surprise charges — you can always see your pending balance in the dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
What if I receive a bad lead?
Quality matters to us. If a lead has clearly invalid contact information (bad phone number, bounced email), flag it in your dashboard within 7 days and we’ll credit it back to your account. We stand behind the quality of every lead we deliver.
Can I pause or cancel at any time?
Yes — no questions asked. Log into your dashboard, click “Pause,” and lead delivery stops immediately. You won’t be charged for any leads after your pause date. Resume whenever you’re ready, with no restart fees.
Is there a volume discount for larger agencies?
Agencies receiving 50+ leads per month may qualify for custom pricing. Email [email protected] to discuss a volume plan tailored to your hiring volume.
