- Payment information: billing details processed securely via Stripe; we do not store raw card numbers on our servers
- Lead data: name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code of caregiver candidates collected through Meta Lead Ads and delivered to matched agencies
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken in the dashboard, IP address, browser type, and referring URLs collected via analytics tools
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver caregiver leads to matched home care agencies
- Process payments and issue invoices through Stripe
- Send transactional emails (lead delivery, billing receipts, account notices)
- Send marketing communications to agencies (you may opt out at any time)
- Improve our platform, matching algorithms, and service quality
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following service providers as necessary to operate our platform:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing management (stripe.com/privacy)
- Brevo — transactional and marketing email delivery
- Meta (Facebook) — lead ad collection; caregiver candidates submit information via Meta Lead Ads forms
- Google Analytics — website analytics and performance measurement
- Google Tag Manager — tag management for analytics and marketing pixels
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Lead data (caregiver candidate contact information) is retained for 90 days from delivery, then permanently deleted
- Agency account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for up to 2 years after account closure for legal and billing purposes
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations

You may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly)
